RPE under the post-activity comments
A rate of perceived exertion/ borg scale under the post-activity comment session section. To see if planned intensity and experience intensity match.
“Perceived effort” and “How did you feel?” can now be logged for any workout.

It should be possible to add this sRPE (RPEXduration) on dashboard - to follow the internal training load over time. This is a must have in optimizing training!!

I'm agree with many requests from colleagues in this comment. I think it is necessary to use the perception of effort scale to create a graph of monitoring the training load: RPE * duration. In connection with the Foster method.
This would be a very interesting new data tracking.Thank you in advance !

Can you please update the RPE scale to a validated version (i.e. the CR-10)? All that's required is to add descriptors to make this a relevant metric to collect. Thanks very much!

My app updated yesterday to include this. They did a nice job though it’d be nice to see the 1-10 guidelines as a help tooltip. Go into App Store and force an update refresh (pull down on updates tab)

TP sent me an email stating that there's now Subjective Feedback that includes RPE.
https://www.trainingpeaks.com/blog/trainingpeaks-announces-subjective-feedback-feature/?utm_source=tpr&utm_medium=email&utm_content=product&utm_campaign=2018_08_rpe_featureHowever, it's not showing on my iOS app nor in my desktop platform. When will it go live? If it is live, why isn't it appearing?

Yes please!
* RPE as a post-activity metric 'comment'.
* AND in Dashboard Charts, RPE vs power/HR/pace zones.Dr. Stephen Seiler and many others point out that the most beneficial TID metric for athlete and coach/athlete is the integration of physiological and perceptual measures of intensity.
Banister knew this when he developed Training Impulse (TRIMP) in 1991!
Currently, in TP it's only possible to *triangulate* HR, power/pace, and perception of effort to facilitate prescriptive accuracy and tracking over time.

Please make RPE an official metric field that can be charted or graphed. This is still an important part of the Friel methodology and analysis workflow.

It would be nice to have a RPE box 0-10 in the post-activity menu and also, the metrics time*RPE (kind of load) and it's follow-up on graphs

Yes, this would really be needed. Also ability to track (graph) planned vs. experienced. Is this on the backlogs?

Can you allow RPE in 0.5 increments in Workout Builder? I often get prescribed a 7.5 RPE by my coach for example. Thanks

Please add RPE. I would like to have a rate of subjective experience of the workout

Rate of perceived exertion (RPE). It was already proposed bij Roeland Smits in november 2011 to add this subjective feeling to the quick view.
We measure a lot of objective data like power, but also I want to know how my athletes experienced the training session in a subjective way.
So please incorporate RPE in the quick views.
