Add a workout Play/Pause button
In BETA if I drag my mouse along the graph I can see the pointer move on the map. In Garmin Connect there is a play/pause button that will automatically move the cursor and pointer.
This is useful when some of my athletes do track sessions or small loops and don't count laps or use the lap button on their device. The GPS doesn't record sessions and on the track over 18 laps the GPS device can read up to 1 lap too long. This just provides a very easy way to count laps.

As an occasional visitor to the Beta version I have always had a fruitless search for a help icon/button
Include a button for help.

Add useful links from "Beta"
I would like a link to the forums, blogs, and user voice from the Beta application.

As a coach, would be great to be able to continu making plans once we have no 'online' connection.
As a coach, would be great to be able to continu making plans once we have no 'online' connection. Eg. on a plane. In some hotels wifi connection is so bad that working in trainingpeaks is not possible when lot's of people are connecting

Early this week FitnessSyncer released an update that allows for the syncing of additional Withings data to TrainingPeaks. FitnessSyncer has been syncing workouts to TrainingPeaks for a few years. Expanding that functionality to sleep, steps, etc. has been something that we have been discussing for a while, and we are very excited that this is now available for all TrainingPeaks users.
https://www.fitnesssyncer.comFitnessSyncer has a both free and premium accounts. Below is a coupon for 1 month free. They are also running a 25% off sale on annual subscriptions until Jan 7, 2017.

NP Peak Power Curve
There should be a option to display peak power curve in NP rather than AP. I think this would be nice since i know many of my best efforts have been done with quite undulating terrain, which has resulted in a fair bit of discrepancy between my AP and NP for the effort (particularly during a long HC climb that includes a few descents) .

TSB Metric
Adding a chart that allows us to view TSB data over time would be beneficial. I know I can see the values on the Performance Manager screen/chart, but I would like to view this data in the same way I can view my Fitness History chart (e.g., tabular and by week/day). This would allow athletes a quick way to see their current TSB to determine if they are headed for chronic fatigue (I know based on experience).
1 voteWe have plans to show today’s PMC values and ramp rates in places other than just the dashboard chart. It may not be exactly what you are asking for, but it should solve the same purpose.

A few new email options
Paying subscriber here- would love 2 new email options (one minor, one a tiny bit bigger)
1) New email option to send out emails when a workout is added by a coach
2) Tell me the time zone of the e-mail send options

Provide an option to calculate peak power graph/chart using normalized power instead of average power
Maybe this would only apply to longer durations, but NP could be a better indicator than average power for common riding conditions and this could be an easy and valuable enhancement.

Can the units be customized per workout
I generally work in statute units. But occasionally I would like information to be displayed within an individual workout in metric. The most common being when running on a track. (But also when swimming in a "meters" pool). I would like to be able to configure specific workouts to display in metric. (Bonus points if the distances can be metric, but speeds/paces in statute.)
1 voteWe are going to start with customizing by workout type, after that we may consider customizing by individua workout.

Add breakdown of MyFitnessPal nutrition data
It would be great to sync not only the MyFitnessPal nutrition data for the whole day, but to break this down into Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snacks.
10 votesThis is a possible future improvement down the road. Thank you for your suggestion.

Nutrition tracking by workout would be helpful - as opposed to just breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack
Being able to track nutrition by workout (calories / hydration per exercise) would be helpful. Especially for long workouts where nutrition planning is important.
1 voteUnder Settings, Diary Settings in your MyFitnessPal account, you can rename and add/remove meals to customize to your needs:
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
This will still be rolled up into one grouping in TP, but you can at least separate out in MFP.

Be able to set notification parameters to athlete's daily metrics so coaches can get notified when an athlete exceeds one e.g. MRHR
Be able to set notification parameters to athlete's daily metrics so coaches can get notified when an athlete exceeds one -- a weight parameter which could indicate dehydration, or high morning resting HR which could indicate high fatigue, or overall fatigue level high, etc.

Make quadrant analysis chart labels informative beyond merely descriptive.
Quadrant analysis is brilliant. Label the chart so we can screen grab and mail to a client with labels that help the user understand it.

It seems a no brainer to include a Dashboard pod for Hunter Allen's Fatigue Profiling.
Given Hunter's relationship with Training Peaks it would be great to see his Fatigue Profiling available

Averages for WKO or Tp.com power charts-avg up highlighted selections
Be nice to have a simple "selections avg" for power or all the standard metrics listed in the table. Give an average for all highlighted selections within a workout. Thus if you have several 1 minute intervals and wanted to see the average of them, no more pulling out the calculators
