Structure workouts based on specific Zones
It would be a good option to be able to choose specific zones for an athlete when building a workout in the Workout builder.
This could then be chosen from a drop-down menu for the sport-specific zones an athlete has (either based off HR or Pace/power).

This sounds good, but maybe also allow for some nuance, like "high-zone-2" if we want to do high-zone-2 instead of simply having a very wide range of power recommendation when maybe we want to be just under zone 3 but not in zone 3, for example.

For Ramp Tests and other workouts I would like to have the possibility to create workouts in the workout builder on absolut Watts and not just based on % or feeling.

Why can't we assign training by HR or Power zones in the workout builder?
For example: run 30 min at Z2. instead of me having to know the % range.
