    I completely agree that there needs to be a background refresh to sync data between TP and Apple Health/Watch.

    I found out from support that the TP mobile app needs to be open to sync the data. This is what triggers the sync. Closing the app before the sync completes resulted in partial syncs for me.

    This has been very frustrating for me too.
