I think there should be an option when creating an exercise to denote it as unilateral (single-arm/leg). For example, having a check box that lets one mark an exercise as unilateral or not would provide greater specificity and individualization to each workout. This feature would ensure accuracy in tracking the volume in a workout and consequently assist with fatigue management and future programming of workouts.
