    I had to reinstall NordVPN to my laptop.
    After the reinstall Training Peaks virtual performed as expected.

    The reported 'bug' appears to have been a user error. 😊

    As far as I can tell NordVPN and TP Virtual are now playing nice with each other, so for me this issue can be closed.

    Excuses for reporting a non issue.
