Calculate NGP using hrTSS
I would like the option to calculate NGP using hrTSS. Using rTSS to derive NGP is inadequate for trails or variable terrain.
I'm a trail/ultra runner and am new to TP, though not new to tracking/analyzing data. I recently discovered that you can't assess NGP on a run unless you use rTSS. Using a pace-based threshold for trail running is entirely inadequate. My threshold pace would vary considerably depending on a huge variety of factors; steepness, terrain under foot, condition of the trail, heat/humidity/weather, etc. For example, if my threshold pace on a flat paved road is x'xx/mi, but I…

Manual sync to device
It'd be nice to be able to manually force sync to devices or zwift if a workout has to be amended on the day that an athlete is going to undertake it.

voice prompts
When using intervals for example, a voice prompt to tell how long and what speed to run intervals would be good. I’m sure I’ve had this feature on other apps when using specific training plans but not sure which one

Workout library
Why don’t you create an opt in library where coaches can post specific workouts that other coaches can use at a price per use? So the coach who spent the time creating the workout can benefit financially and you guys take profit on the sale.
Just a thought

set dates per athlete in analistics
about dates, I noticed that when I adjust a chart you do it for all athletes, whichis sometimes pretty annoying as some riders have a lot more data than others so I always have to set the date. It would be nice if you can set dates individually per athlete

Display is a mess
Coming over from Todays Plan, this is a massive disappointment. The front page is cluttered and chaotic. The workout, wow. Pages of white space. No clear distinction from warmup to workout set to cool down. Workout was so clean and concise in Todays Plan, knew what it was in a glance. This will take me 15 minutes to read and scroll and scroll and scroll.

Improve week summary layout
on app.trainingpeaks.com (website) the display of the weekly summary is an absolute mess. It's been like this for a very long time, surely somebody in the web development has seen this when testing on different devices?

Web Application Lag
Dear team, I wanted to raise my concerns regarding the current web application. The lag that is experienced when selecting and editing workouts is causing a lot of frustration and inefficiencies. I believe that addressing this issue would lead to a significant improvement in productivity and overall satisfaction for the users. I kindly request that this matter is given immediate attention and that a plan is put in place to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Repeat should mean repeat, not repeat -1
If you do something and repeat it you have done it twice everywhere but in Training Peaks.
In Training Peaks the workout will read "interval" and repeat twice, but it means do it once and repeat.
If you do a interval in real life and then repeat it twice, you have done it three times. In Training Peaks, if a workout description says do this 5 minutes and repeat 3 times, Training Peaks means for you to do it 3 times? It's super confusing.

Ability to export workout in tabular format
I'd like the ability to either overlay or simply export workout data in tabular format (i.e. Excel).
Namely, because I'd like to "calibrate" the power meter on my spin bike to my actual bike. Yes, I can use RPE as a rule of thumb, but as we know that can be problematic. I also think I would be helpful to use this type of data to overlay a bike w/o power meter (and just HR) to a bike w/ power meter (and HR).
The data is already there and visible on the "Analyze" page its just not accessible.
Thanks

Allow Assistant Coaches to See Live Workout Library
When a coach has an assistant coach on their TrainingPeaks, the assistant should have access to that coach's custom workout libraries. I realize you can share libraries with other coaches, however I sometimes train new coaches with my company, and giving them access to my frequently updated and edited library of workouts would be immensely helpful to new and assistant coaches.

Provide a built in pace and Miles to Kilometers calculator
Often when building a track or speed workout for runners, I want to establish a range based on a target pace. Ie 1k repeats at 6:19 pace. To get the 1k pace, I have to leave TP and go to a pace conversion website then come back to TP. Additionally, I'd like to be able to build a workout using "pace" instead of HR related values. Why not put a "pace in K" or "pace in M" under "Units" in the workout build? Or, equally valuable is to allow me to put "target pace per M or K" in as…
