During group rides, each rider should have the ability to select a workout of their choosing. The group workout option is not sufficient since it assigns the same workout to everyone and sometimes people have other workouts they want to do while still riding with the rest of the group.

Would it be possible to add more features to Group workouts, so it would be more like a spinning class/session, where the avatars stay in a group, even when the riders push different watts?

%FTP
Standing/sitting intervals
Add music from Spotify or similar

We think it could be more fun spinning classes...
If our cycling club can use the same bikes as our spinning club to races and normal group rides on TP it would be win/win and if that can give you more customers it would be win/win/win :)

We use https://intelligent-cycling.com/ for our spinning classes today, but plan to buy smartbikes next year, to be more flexible and for multiple uses.

This would really help a lot of athletes/ clubs move from Zwift

This aspect is critical

Now TPV is on AppleTV the only thing stopping me from moving from your biggest competitor is being able to do a group ride with individual workouts.

This is a game changer move from zwift to Training peaks for me and my tri club. It is the only thing stopping us from using TP full time.

Our club would like to be able to have a group workout or ride with the ability to have different workouts for different riders, ideally syncing from ones created on training peaks by their coaches, we have a weekly Zwift workout Wednesday session but would like to move this over to TPV
