Programming has been hard the last few days. The new scheme adds a bit in terms of convenience but i find them to be too bright / intense. Too much white / glare is giving me headaches.1 vote
Please create a proper Power Duration curve Dashboard Chart for Training Peaks. I don't want to have to purchase WKO4 just for this functionality. Heck, even the data mining KOM sales machine (IOW, Strava) provides this basic functionality.1 vote
I think you should allow athletes to set a coach Love/Hate Metric, 1 to 10, 10 being "I hate this friggin guy so much", 1 is "He's the best!".
That way an athlete can set it after every workout, and their coach can better sense if they are entering the red zone!
Good proxy for effort and overall, no? We can track, show graphs, correlate to workouts, etc...3 votes
Currently you can only select metric or english for distance units and this selection applies too sports. It would be nice to be able to define default distance metrics for each sport. I work with english miles for cycling and running, but the pool I swim in is 25 meters. This causes my workouts on my calendar to be displayed in yards which can cause confusion. When you open a workout the distances are displayed in yards but there is an option to change to meters.1 vote
I like to keep a record of the bike I’ve used for a ride and shoes for a run. I don’t always remember to fill it in though. The only way to check whether I have remembered is to go back and look at every session. If there was a tick box in the equipment section in Search Workouts you could tick that and it would show all the sessions you have forgotten to log the equipment used.
To be able to select if a cycling activity was planned / executed on Road, Off Road on Trainer or on the Track
Today I can Select a workout category as Bike, Swim etc. and when it comes to Bike I can select Road Bike or Mountain Bike. I would like to be able to select if my Bike ride was made on a Road Bike, Off Road (I can now if I select MTB) on a Hometrainer or on the Track. That would help me understand if the type of workout have any impact everything else being equal. I know I can use a unique workout code for each "biking" type or use the "Tag" field, but since Road Bike and MTB Bike is all ready selectable it would be nice to be able to select the last two missing types.

The attached file was generated by a Peloton bike. At first when I tried it load it the TP app said "could not parse file".
After removing the <Creator> tag it loaded the file, but dropped the watts, cadence and heart rate fields. Apparently this is because they have decimal points, because after I removed the decimals it loaded all the data. If the TP app can only handle integers, it should automatically round decimal values.1 vote
I would like copy/paste the same ATP between riders in the same team. Same goals and same races. Same ATP.. like first step.
I would like to export my workouts from my workout library to an excel sheet2 votes
I love the new color compliance, but the new red makes is difficult to read the workout without pulling it up.
Can we lighten the new red enough to see the black lettering, or change the lettering to white for better contrast?6 votes
make notifications know to coach and athlete when comments are left on future training sessions. It seems strange that this is not already a feature. if a coach outs the sessions in 2 weeks in advance and the athlete wants to get more clarification the coach is not notified there's a note and vice versa, the athlete is not notified when a comment is made to a future session6 votes
It would be nice to be able to mark specific workouts as optional for compliance calculation.
Seeing Red / skipped for them can be annoying, While I can just delete them, it's also frustrating to go back and look at the training plan in the future to copy weeks if I've removed optional workouts for the sake of appearance.13 votes
Heretofore, I've used training plans I've purchased in the TP store. I (as a non-coach user) would like to be able to create my own training plans in, say, MS Excel and then be able to import that training plan into Training Peaks. Currently this is not possible and hand editing a lengthy (Ironman, for example) training plan day by day in Training Peaks is too laborious a task to even consider. In fact, if the user doesn't purchase a plan from the store, I'm really not sure how anyone would effectively use TP to schedule their training plan.6 votes
Allow structured workouts to input desired power target rather than % of FTP. Many of us use other parameters such as peak power rather than FTP to structure workouts therefore FTP becomes irrelevant2 votes
Allow 'pinning' of dashboard charts to specific locations instead of automatically moving/aligning them. It drives me absolutely bonkers that charts move to fit the width of a browser window.
Let the user put 1, 2, or 3 charts on a row and LEAVE THEM THERE! Automatically aligning/moving charts of varying widths does not always allow types of charts to be located beside each other for optimal comparison.5 votes
I have my athletes inputting metric data via their apps ( pulse, fatigue levels, soreness etc). Which is working well. But as coach I don’t get any notification when they input any metrics eg athlete inputs extremely sore or big jump in resting HR. It would be great if the coach gets a notification on the app ( even if it’s everytime they enter any metric, like we would when they update a workout comment). Otherwise you have to manually check every athlete or find pc. I have missed a few key metrics athletes have put in. Thanks a mill.1 vote
I am a coach and would like to be able to turn off emails except when clients leave written feedback. You can do that for the other notification types but not emails. I think this has been available in the past, having been directed to some out of date help pages you had up, but not now.4 votes
I have an older GPS watch for running that records my GPS path but not elevation. Garmin Connect and Strava can both calculate elevation gain/lost based only on a GPS path map. Be great if TrainingPeaks and WKO did the same thing.3 votes
I have a minor request regarding the Calendar view. Can you fix so the words don't break for each new line. Please see example in attached picture. On the 28th: it cuts the word "so", for the 30th the words "the" and "tired" are cut.
It's a small detail but would make my life more easy to live since I'm a ****** for details and correct format. :-)
There is no easy way to build repeated set withing the set.
