Kinetic Smart Control compatibility?

I have a wheel on Kinetic Smart Control device which gets use up at my cottage and TPv didn’t seem to recognize the trainer on either Apple TV or my iPad. Is this something blocked out at the moment? I have no issues with Zwift recognizing it for reference

    I have an Elliptigo that I like to use for training. I use a road trainer (Fluid 365 Stationary Trainer) provided by Elliptigo company to use indoors. There is not a smart trainer or a means of broadcasting power. On Zwift I can use there indoor trainer list- where it is recommended I use Kurt Kinetic Road Machine as the setting. I hoped you might offer this option.
