EVENTS: Male Rider Only Option
Add "Male Rider Only" Option to the "Add New Event" Form.
This is very important when creating TT teams.

this is a must have option in my opinion, I dont want to have to compete in mixed groups. I would actually enjoy an option "male rides only" in the options menu, so I dont have to chose it for every race again.
