Big TrainingPeaks Sponsored Event
I think it would be really fun to have a big event to celebrate and kick-off the new TPV platform with a bunch of popular/famous YouTube cyclists (and non-YouTube as well) to draw intrigue and attention to the platform on social media!
I think it would be fun for those already on the platform but also a great publicity campaign and way to bring new people onto the platform while it is still free!

Along with sponsoring big events, it might be nice for outside sponsors and event creators to have the ability to “advertise” their event on some main screen in-game. That way anyone on the platform already can’t miss that there is a big upcoming event
I think that would help increase race turnout and provide an alternative revenue source for TPV.
We don’t want a game full of adds - obviously - but targeted event advertising would be welcomed from me at least

With Toto’s Grand Tour event being hugely successful last year, would it be possible for TrainingPeaks to put in some prizes for the podiums of the Grand Tour this March? Anything by would be awesome (free year subscriptions?), but something larger to draw big names and get people excited would be incredible!
TPV is better than Zwift and MyWhoosh, BUT people don’t want the hassle of switching from the more established platforms… Event prizes, good sized ones, will bring the highest level ecycling competitors over to TPV and get lots of streamers over to the platform would be a HUGE win for TPV’s future!
Crossing my fingers this is something we can make happen 🙌🏻🎉
