Floating data graphics over others background videos

It would be great, so that we could use any FPV videos of bike rides available on YouTube as background video, if the program allowed the metrics graphs and other information on the screen to remain visible while the 3D virtual video is hidden. That way, the information about the workout I'm doing would float over another video I want to watch.

There is already another simulator that allows this, but I can't remember which one at the moment.

    I didn't know about ictrainer, I saw it on their website, and it would be more or less the same.

    I remembered what the other app I mentioned was, it's Wahoo X. I'll try to take a screenshot.

    You can see that the interface with the metrics is floating, including some transparent parts over my screen, and I can even put a fullscreen video behind it.
