Resistance way too low
I’ve tried playing with all the settings. I’ve tried recalibrating my trainer. I tried using my power pedals instead. Nothing will make the resistance any harder. I’ve done 20 000 km on swift and never had any issues with this.
I’m trying to do a workout from my coach. 4x5 mins at z3. So should be 4x 5 mins around 250-260 watts. I tried erg mode, non erg mode. Nothing will really let me get above 150 ish watts. The trainer just starts spinning out. Even though it’s telling me to increase power to 260!!
Anyone else had these problems? Extremely frustrating and unusable.
