HUB: View ranking history - like in game

At the moment, the TPV Hub online does not include the ranking history graphs, like exists in the game. I think it would be great to include that as well as maybe defining the ranking changes within the race history of each race.

    Please show our ranking directly on our in-game profile.
    Right now, the only way to see it is by going to “Follow Friends” and searching for ourselves, which seems odd. Just display the ranking numbers (and overall) in the same set of boxes you already show on the profile?

    That number seems important to the way the races are setup, yet its so obscure right now.
