polar H10 and Verity Sense Connection Issues Post Polar Update
Yesterday I updated 2 HRM's polar H10 and Verity Sense to the newest polar firware. I tried to connect the h10 devices to tp virtual - it sees the device but no hr transmitted, tried verity sense - same issue. Last connected 2 days ago no issues. Checked in wahoo head unit / garmin forerunner both see devices and transmit hr. Also it no longer see the forerunner HR. Any issues I can address? thanks

I have an H9 and my son has an H10. They used to work well, but then I updated the firmware on both; as this item reports, they connect but read 0BPM, but my Wahoo shows the correct HR. Very frustrating. I've tried disconnecting, and even completely uninstalling and re-installing TP Virtual--didn't help. I need to try getting them to connect via ANT+

Had the same with a Polar H10, and it was also updated by Polar. Device shown as connected but no HR displayed.
PS (26.11.2025). This was with BT with 2 BT connections enabled. I tried it again yesterday with Ant+ and it was working.
