We need improved charts for nutrition and weight loss analysis.
Currently, we can import macros and total calories consumed from MFP, weight, and view exercise calories including fat and carbohydrate usage for specific workouts. However, gaining meaningful insight requires manually cross-referencing multiple charts and workouts. This is inefficient and limits practical analysis.
A dedicated nutrition and body composition chart, similar to the existing Metrics chart, would improve usability. For example, Weight can be selected in Metrics, but Calories Consumed and Calories Expended are not available in the same view. These data points must be analyzed separately.
In addition, Total Daily Energy Expenditure does not import from smartwatches. TDEE is a critical metric for nutrition and weight management, yet TrainingPeaks currently captures only exercise calories.
Integrated charts that combine body weight, calorie intake, total calories expended including TDEE, and related nutrition metrics would significantly improve coaching efficiency and data interpretation. Thank you for considering this request.
