Having a built in option for progressions or regressions would be great.

Having a progression/regression system would be great.

Ex. I program Split Squats. The athletes can then click and see a list that I set up for them. Body Weight Squats > Split Squats > DB Split Squats > Lunges

Similarly - A suggested substitution option.

Ex. I program Barbell Back Squat. Athlete can click recommendations and they see. Leg Press, Goblet Squat, Front Squat.

Currently I have to use a 3rd party to unreliably get an email notification.

Otherwise I have to keep track of my active members, and when/if I notice the number has changed, I then have to go through all of my archived members to figure out which one it is.

It makes sending a follow-up, exit email incredibly difficult.
