Aggregate distance and time in dashboard as bar chart
Please add more flexibility to take any metric from TP into the dashboard and plot it on different time intervalls or vs. other metrics.
Particularly, I'd like to look it training time or distance in a bar chart per month and year to compare etc.
Function seems basic to me3 votes -
Workout Execution Score / Accuracy
Hi, my suggestion would be as follows:
Add a score for the execution quality of structured workouts i.e. how much time was spent in the planned power ranges / zones (absolute and in %).
Make it available for individual workout analysis and in the dashboard as aggregate by week/month etc.
This would allow to track, how well one actually executes on the training plan
(e.g., structured workout contains a warm-up with certain power ranges, then a main part with other ranges, and a cool-down with a lower range of Power. I would like to know overall, how well I hit…3 votes -
MTB rides are not part of a Bike Summary
Has anyone other than myself noticed that if an athlete goes for a MTB ride in a week, that ride is not included under the Bike Summary total (duration and mileage) for the week (the summary pane off to the right of the athlete's calendar). Currently the only way to have it be part of the Bike total, is to change the workout type from MTB to Bike. Seems odd that TP considers a MTB ride as separate from an athlete's overall cycling mileage for that week. The brain and body would likely think otherwise. Would appreciate if it could…

Ability to add a "segment" to an Athletes profile to record sections of a Test or ride.
Yes a small thing that, as a coach, would be personally welcome on TP, would be a recognisable pre-set “segment” ( for want of a better term) within analysis view. Much like on Strava where a segment can be created for record keeping of a particular section of mainly outdoor rides. I currently do this in “private” mode on starva to keep track of performance stats. I use this specifically for “test” routes. It’s particularly useful out doors in real world where the variations in wind/temp/surface etc can show up. Obviously a “section" can be highlighted on a complete route…

Zones Charts - more details
The charts show my HR or power in Z1, 2, etc., but I would like to manually enter the ranges in a chart so I can really see what a Z1, 2 entails. Yes, I could put this in a Note per week, but I would like to see it in with the charts. Thank you.

Planned TSS by sport type in the calendar
I would like to be able to see planned TSS for each sport in the Calendar view. Planned TSS needs to be adjusted to meet the ATP goal but also for each sport in the Calendar in order to maintain balance, or ensure progressive volume increase. Today, all sports TSS are added together in the calendar view. Would it be possible to either add a calendar view filter per sport that would be reflected in the "planned TSS" in the rightmost pane, OR, directly add the TSS breakdown per sport in the rightmost pane ?

Ability to manage tags
Hello, it would be helpful to be able to manage tags that have beeen created in the library. So basically delete tags that are not needed anymore

When power is used for TSS does it account for higher HR due to things like temperature?
If it does not, I think that would be a great addition to the power TSS. Include HR as an additional metric to gauge a more realistic TSS based on environmental factors that impact HR

Ability to create graphs or tables of workouts side-by-side.
I don't understand why it's not possible to get a graph or table of average speed and or duration by workout, in my case cycling ride. Average speed isn't an option and the Fitness History's smallest breakdown is by week. It would be great if you could do month/week/workout and see per workout metrics like distance and speed. Yes, I understand the comparisons may not always be valid, but it would still be nice to see it and I can use the comparison "at my own peril."

Feature Request: Easier view of total training hours/volume
Feature Request: Easier View of Total Training Hours/Volume
It's a bit surprising that TrainingPeaks doesn't offer a more straightforward way to view the total training hours or volume for a selected date range. Currently, calculating this requires manually adding up sections of the pie chart, which isn't very efficient.
For effective training planning, having a clear view of the total training load is essential. This is particularly important for:
Annual Training Plan (ATP/YTP) Development: Setting overall volume targets and monitoring progress.
Macrocycle and Mesocycle Analysis: Tracking load within specific training blocks.
Overall Training Insights: Understanding the cumulative impact of training…1 vote -
Pace by gradient report(s)
It would be really nice to see running pace by gradient (e.g. flat, 2%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%). It would help to see progress over time and facilitate planning. Negative gradients are likely less informative as terrain and conditions are (at least for me) dominating and hard to control factors.

Peak Performance - Grade, Percentage Incline
Hello, it would be great if you could turn the incline on and off in Peak Performance, or if you could select specific grades, as shown in the photo (the percentages are just suggestions and could be better thought out. However, it should definitely be possible to choose "All" and "0%" or "- -"). It happens to me all the time that, for example, a new 400m best time is displayed, but it only occurred because of the steep incline. Since it would be tedious to manually delete all the incorrect times, it would be very useful if TrainingPeaks automatically…

sweatrate as metric in TP
Could you add the option to put the sweatrate as a metric in TP? so we can track it in long term and will be able to pull a long term conclusion regarding that.
Right now, I put it in my post-activity comments for my coach. However, I would like to track it more efficiëntly.

It would be great to have total active kcal on weekly summary

Non only FTP based Workouts & Different bike/devices FTPs, Target Power...
Unfortunately, not all devices measure in the same way, and should be a great opportunity to create different bike, indoor/outdoor, TT or normal, or just target a *** number.
If you want to create a workout based in *******, VO2Max, TT bike, it's difficult to always translate to %FTP.
Being a FTP believer, to base everything in % of a number sometimes make to spend too much time or make mistakes when creating workouts.

Dailey Step Count
Would be good to have daily step count available in metrics, sometimes big walking days aren't considered enough for clients who are more in the beginner/rehab side of things

Send running mile splits to Training Peaks from Apple Watch Ultra
The only way to send miles splits to Training Peaks from the Apple Watch is to hit the 'lap' button every mile. This is a different behavior from using a Garmin device which sends the per mile data as laps. I know the Apple Watch data is available as both Strava and Apple Health are giving me my data per mile. It would be very helpful to send this data to TP so my coach has it instead of multiple workarounds, like attaching screenshots from the Apple health app.

Each sport should have a different CTL line in the PMC graph
Since we all know that training in one sport does not directly carry over to another sport, it is somewhat fundamentally incorrect for TrainingPeaks to be combining the TSS from all sports into the CTL graph. It would be much more helpful from a planning perspective (especially for multisport athletes / triathletes) if each sport got its own CTL graph and if they could all be displayed on the same PMC.
I do think that the various sports should be combined when calculating Fatigue and Form, as all workout types do contribute to the level of fatigue and recovery the…

Power Balance Chart
Hi everybody, it would be interesting to have a chart with the evolution of the right/left power balance to know if a unbalance is created throughout the months/years.
