UI/UX: Configurable HUD (+ presets)
It should be possible to freeform configure the HUD - place datafields or elements wherever you want, change the font, change the size, remove the borders, etc.
It should also be possible to save presets, so you can have a different configuration for racing, workouts, free rides etc.

You can turn off most of those metrics already.

There are WAY too many data points ON THE HUD.
First time using TPs Virtual today and it took me a while to figure out what I was looking at.
Why do I have three different numbers for heart rate and cadence? And four different numbers for power? I don’t need or want all of those data points. At least not as numbers. It’s overwhelming.
If there were graphics that showed a range with the middle having one number for the ideal or target (like Garmin Fenix has for HR or Power zones), that’s good, but I don’t wanna be looking at 10+ numbers for three different metrics)
Why am I seeing TSS and kcal scores before a workout is even completed. (I don’t need that until after the ride is complete.)
I don’t need the title of the workout.
I don’t need the name of the interval in two different places on the screen.
While average heart rate, power, and cadence are great for long distance endurance rides that will be relatively equal in intensity throughout (i.e. like training for a long distance IRONMAN on a flat course), it’s only a nice to have when you’re dealing with a power-based interval workout where it’s less important to have average numbers throughout the entire workout. Make it an optional add-on in HUD per workout.
In fact, it would be ideal to allow each rider to customize the content on their HUD screen so they can include anything they want.
Don’t worry about letting other riders see what you’re doing and vice versa. That’s only important when you’re doing an actual race in my opinion. Or give people the option to display that or not.

I'd like to be able to have slightly different setups HUD setups for free-riding, racing and workouts.
Not wanting any major changes to the UI just the ability to save a few different configurations. Could even be linked to whether choosing to train race or ride when starting a ride

Absolutely critical to be able to change the font size! On my 6" phone when at the gym on the WattBike most data fields are borderline unreadable. Without fixing this I'll have to consider using a different app.

I would split this into two suggestions. Being able to save different HUD configurations for training, racing and group/free rides being more a priority than the rest.
