Can it be made to work with Zwift virtual gears and Kickr Climb.

Many thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
TrainingPeaks Virtual is currently unable to legally add support for Zwift controllers. If Zwift decide to permit their hardware to be used on TrainingPeaks Virtual, we would of course add support for it.
The Kickr Climb is already fully supported - it is controlled however by a Kickr, and so needs to be configured on the trainer hardware, not in TrainingPeaks Virtual.

The protocol itself has been reverse engineered and could be implemented. I'm not sure what legal basis Zwift would have to stop you from adding support for the device ... yes, you wouldn't get any support but I don't think you'd need it. Yes, they could change it in the future but I don't think they would given that it would cause difficulties with backwards compatibility with the users which are not hot on upgrading the firmware.
