Instead of defining a fixed power sweep for the neutralized starts, it would be great to have something that took the average of the riders FTPs in the pen and then swept the neutral start power as a percentage of the average FTP of the group.

That would enable each pen to have an appropriate power level neutral start (pen 1 needs is much different than pen 4 needs).

The neutral start power options could be something like “Easy” “Moderate” “Hard” to allow the race creator some flexibility in terms of the percentage ranged of the average FTP? And/or allow the creator to define a min to max %
