Bluetooth connection reliability
Hi, when i started the TPV journey weeks ago the world was bright and shiny but since one or two weeks i start TPV and want to connect my Equipment via BT to my iPad but it doesn’t show up on the App even when i search for it. Ok so i have to stop the app and start it again and voila it is there again… but my Core Temperature is missing and i can not even choose.
This happened already and then i even lost ERG Mode. Another day everything was ok again and it automatically connected to my Kickr Bike, HR Monitor and Core Temperature sensor. Then today again starting a workout again no sensor connected… i again stopped the app and after restarted the kickr and HR was there, my Core was missing!
So its on off with sensors connecting or not. Maybe a weather issue? When it rains it does refuse???
i’m sure i’m not the only one as i could read in some forums.
You might know what has changed since the start of TPv in regards to connectivity i would think and i hope you can get back to the quality before. Thanks

Many thanks for letting us know about this, and your support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
As you say, this issue is probably better handled through support (rather than here as an enhancement request, though obviously we'll keep trying to improve the experience).
Please feel free to email virtual@trainingpeaks.com who can help guide you through getting this working!

I've been seeing something similar with connectivity to TPVir running on my Mac laptop. Specifically, definitely my heart rate (being broadcast over BLE) and I think ERG-mode trainer control (also connected via BLE) are unstable -- the heart rate is obvious because the UI shows "--" when it's disconnected. Guessing about the ERG control because occasionally I'll come out of a hard interval and the resistance on the trainer takes up to a half-minute to recognize it should be way, way lower.
I also can't seem to find any way to file a bug report and/or contact Customer Support aside from this "Feedback" section which implies I'm never going to actually see a response or a fix, but that's a different topic entirely.
