Do not update every ******* week
every time I start the app I have to wait 5 min to app to start.. That is insane

Many thanks for your suggestion, and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that we've now decided to reduce the frequency of updates both to minimise downloads and to enable more time to develop some of the larger requested items.
