I want to be able to create an event with bots, but bots should be "fillers for the less strong riders" and should not disturb the "top human racers".
E.g : 40 humans join. 20 are very strong and the other 20 are not able to follow the strongest ones, and are likely to be dispersed.

I don't want the weaker racers to be doing a "Time Trial" race on their own, so I want to add bots, but those bots should not be so strong that they'd interfer with the top racers (bridging human groups, etc)

It would be nice, as an organizer, to be able to pick a min/max ARR (ELO) for bots joining the event (if none, then the current setting applies).
