On the mobile app in the calendar view, I feel like there is not a clear enough visual division between days and weeks. When I scroll through all the fonts/sizes look way to similar, and other visual elements are lacking, to create this division.

1) I would love for the date/day to bold, bigger (like a title) and for the workouts to be in a box, so all the days workouts are encapsulated and it's clear when a new day starts. Or similar.

2) I would further also love (and need) each week to start/end with some kind of divisor line/box or even better, the expected performance metrics (fitness, form, fatigue), which is currently only displayed for the current day. This makes my planning in the web app a ton easier vs. with the mobile app.

Check out the attached proposal image. These are just my own ideas. But I'm sure a designer would come up with way better ideas than that.
