When an athlete completes a ramp test, my understanding is that they can see what their new FTP is and it's updated in TPV, but coaches are not notified of the new FTP, and TrainingPeaks settings are not updated with the new FTP. I would really like these things to happen so I don't have to ask the athlete every time what the result was, and manually update TrainingPeaks settings.
