   Efficiency Factor and other decoupling metrics are currently available for reporting in WKO4. You can download a 14 day trial of WKO4 for Mac here, the PC version will be available by the end of the year.

   Add running and cycling EF as a chart item. I would like to see how my running EF changes over time with load, intensity, tsb and other variables.
