Efficiency Factor and other decoupling metrics are currently available for reporting in WKO4. You can download a 14 day trial of WKO4 for Mac here, the PC version will be available by the end of the year.

Problem is that LT1 or AeT is not part of the system like FTP is, but if that is added or just set to 75% of FTP, then the system could consider stable segments with some duration in Z2 that fall within certain range around LT1 and calculate mean EF and Pw:HR over those segments for the trend points. Some workouts may not contain those segments at all but that does not matter for the trend.

I would actually like to extend the request. Ideally I would like to see the trend separately in all power zones - an if the Cadence Zone feature comes one day, then I EF trend in combination of power zone and cadence zones. I can clearly see that cadence affects the EF significantly. For example EF trend in Z3 power and 70 < Cadence < 80 versus Z3 power and 80 < Cadence < 90
