He also has a target cadence, so an example would be:
    10min L2 warm up
    ---
40min L3 with descending tempo every 5min then back up
    cadence: 90,80,70,60- 70,80,90,100
    ---
    10 min L2-L1 cool down

So I would want to create a structured workout with the 10 mins warm up, then the dual targets of power L3 and cadence 90 for 5 mins. Then the next one is power L3, cadence 80 for 5 mins, and so on.

My coach specifies the target power for an interval mainly according to power zones, but occasionally part of the workout will specify a % FTP. It would be great if the structured workouts allowed both power zone and %FTP to be specified as the target for an interval. Right now there is only %FTP. I can see it would be straightforward to add zones and that allowing both would be trickier. Just to have zones would be a good improvement.
