It's critical to have an option to register and identify as non-binary. So often, race registrations are restricted to "male" and "female" and having to choose between these options is restrictive as it forces people to categorize themselves in a way that is not affirming of gender identity and expression. I am much more likely to register for, and return to, a race or an event that is affirming of non-binary runners. It makes such a difference - it changes my running experience from "trying to fit myself into a box" to "celebrating who I am". For TrainingPeaks to add this category to registration is a small but important gesture that I think would be really great for your team and for runners in general, and non-binary runners in particular.
