I come from TrainerRoad where I was able to use Workout Creator to design my monthly program. Within this program you can save specific "snippets." For example 1 min/2 min/5 min strips of time. Or you can save sections of work as snippets. There is also, at the top of the planner, a duplicate button. All you have to do is highlight the work section you want to duplicate, place your cursor where you want and hit Control D.
I have friends who want to use pacers, like Obsidian, but that pace is too much for them.One is just starting out in cycling, the other has had surgery on their foot and hand. Both have premium membership. I'd like to make them feel comfortable as they build their abilities. Make TrainingPeaks something more.
