    When designing running workouts in TrainingPeaks, I want to prescribe specific absolute paces (e.g. min/km or min/mile), or a pace range between two fixed values, instead of using a percentage of threshold pace?

    For example, I’d like to be able to set a workout step such as:
    Run at 4:00–4:10 min/km, rather than 90–95% of threshold pace.
