   Efficiency Factor and other decoupling metrics are currently available for reporting in WKO4. You can download a 14 day trial of WKO4 for Mac here, the PC version will be available by the end of the year.

   If I understand the data right this is the closest thing to the Polar Running Index which is what I focus on.
