  1. Weekly summary represents consumed kcal but no active kcal, only work in kJ and does not take into account activities without power

  2. Unfortunately, not all devices measure in the same way, and should be a great opportunity to create different bike, indoor/outdoor, TT or normal, or just target a *** number.

    If you want to create a workout based in *******, VO2Max, TT bike, it's difficult to always translate to %FTP.

    Being a FTP believer, to base everything in % of a number sometimes make to spend too much time or make mistakes when creating workouts.

  4. I have a proposed enhancement for workout analysis. I'd like to be able to set a power threshold using a vertical slider alongside the analysis graph. The graph would highlight each time my power was above this threshold showing the length of time I was above it. This would help me analyse multiple efforts during the same ride e.g. sprint intervals or 30s efforts above FTP. The tool could work in exactly the same way with heart rate.

  5. Currently, the training sessions created and executed from the 'New Strength Builder' do not appear in the Dashboard metrics on the web, such as in the 'Fitness Summary' or the time in 'Fitness History.' The time is recorded in the Calendar tab but not in the Dashboard tab. It would be great to get an update on this.

  6. For polarized and pyramidal training appoaches, it would be helpful to have a stacked chart option for zone 1&2, zone 3, and zone 4&5. Alternatively, being able to export chart data, or custom combine zones would be a helpful analysis addition to the existing stacked time in zones chart.

  7. Currently when tracking metrics for athletes or oneself, you must choose from a preset selection of options, which obviously does not include every possible concern. When coaching athletes with less common concerns, it would be very useful to be able to add a custom metric so that one could track that specific symptom without having to write a note about it each time. One example of this would be migraine headache. Another would be an athlete with intermittent chronotropic incompetence, or HR issues related to intermittent beta blocker usage, for example for arrhythmia or performance anxiety.   10. It would be great if you could facilitate Weekly Report Generation across a group or groups of athletes.
    To think of just a few useful metrics one could include:
    TSS, duration, total distance and elevation, AP/NP, Pmax, longest ride highest EF or IF perhaps
    The reports could be done monthly, annually or date ranged perhaps for even greater functionality.

    this tool would be great a coach's own group of athletes to foster community/share learning

    it also the offers a springboard to share such data in the form of leaderboards across the whole TP community (possibly)...

  12. I’d love to see a bulk-edit feature for workouts, especially useful for runners like me who switch to treadmill training in winter. Currently, my Garmin Watch records inaccurate pace data on the treadmill, even with calibration, which only adjusts the average pace. This results in skewed metrics like TSS and Peak Performance.

    When I program interval training in TrainingPeaks, each segment is recorded as a separate lap. To correct the data, I'd like the option to manually enter a single pace value for each lap, rather than editing every second of data individually. This would save significant time and ensure…

  14. There used to be functionality to allow a user to merge two workouts. What happened to it? If I want to bring together the files from my Garmin and Zwift rides, I have to download one file, delete that workout and then upload it to the other. The additional steps added are unnecessary to see everything in one workout file.

Hi TP. have you considered having last 42 days (and last 42 + next 7) as one (2) of the timescale options on the performance management chart. as CTL is the average TSS over the last 42 day it would be useful to look at so you can see quickly what TSS is about to drop out of the 42 day window (you already have last 28 days and last month which are so close that maybe you could drop one of them).

With AI being a key word these days, it would be nice if TP can also integrate machine learning for workouts to fit people's regular life style that has a hard time fitting in a full workout plan. This will take into considerations of workouts completed on schedule but also outdoor rides, virtual rides on TP-V, and make adaptive suggestions for the next workout on schedule to fit the person's goal. Other platform already offers it but the combination of TrainingPeaks with TrainingPeaks Virtual would make it a better offering.

  18. Trainingpeaks have been a key component for my long covid recovery and it has been perfect to plan and track exercises with highly detailed metrics. I’ve in parallel used InsideTracker to keep track of blood tests and nutrition. It would be great if the macronutrients tracking from InsideTracker could be synced/imported into TrainingPeaks. (Since InsideTracker is great at keeping track of blood tests (and giving advice), some metrics would also be great to import. Cholesterol, cortisol..) But a way to sync TP and IT would be amazing.

  19. It would be wonderful if there was a way to import only certain sessions from a training plan into the calender. For example, only all swimming sessions from a triathlon plan because you are only a relay swimmer.

    You could also, for example, import all swimming and cycling sessions from a triathlon plan and import a pure running plan in parallel if you want to prepare for a running event. This would allow a more individualized training design without having to manually delete sessions.

    Perhaps it would be possible to ask the user which training weeks (and sports) should be…
