  1. Develop a system to allow users to rate the quality and effectiveness of training plans that they purchase on TP. It may even be possible to contract with Amazon to sell the plans through their system, thereby allowing better accounting and customer feedback.

    A rating system is on our wish list for the Training Plan store. This would help athletes make informed purchases. However, selling plans through a 3rd party is not on our list at this time.

    Athlete’s whom recently completed their training plans will now receive an email asking them to rate the plan. As soon as we receive enough ratings to provide meaningful data, you’ll see the results posted on our training plan store!

  2. Hi, i've been with Training Peaks for around 6 months. My calendar is display quite a lot of completed workouts. There has a been a numerous amount of times when I have needed to search for a workout a) to see how well I did and b) to consider whether to do it again and c) for comparison purposes. Currently I have only been able to scroll the page up/down the calendar to find it (beta version). I am proposing the idea that there is a workout search but is quite advanced so that it can find workouts based on…

  3. Hi!

    Just started using Training Peaks Premium by creating an ATP and a Training Plan by Joe Friel. Providing an .ics File (Settings -> Account -> Calendar) makes very much sense to me. So thanks for that feature.

    Workouts Only...OK, but why are Races missing? After all Races are not only integral Part of my Training (therefore practically Workouts).

    So please add those Races to the .ics file, or (even better, because backwards compatible) add an additional .ics file for syncing Races.

  4. It would speed up the workflow considerably if in Beta when I click on an athlete it automatically loads that athlete rather than having to click on the athlete name and then loads. The next time I click on the athletes name then as it is loaded I could have the pop up box that gives me the options to delete the athlete or edit settings.

  5. The new Group View is great … except for one key detail. The calendar can viewed in either a compact or "expanded" view (not sure if expanded is the right term here), but the expanded view is way too big and isn't consistent with how workouts are displayed in the single athlete view.

    If I want/need to see all the workout description or notes, then I'd prefer to have to click on the workout to open it. As it is now, all of the content for the workout description and notes are shown, making each row for an athlete super…

  6. Currently instead uploading attachments I paste a dropbox link with a photo of each swim workout from whiteboard into session comments.

    Would be good in Training Peaks (online/browser) if when you opened workout the url would automatically open in new tab when you click link. At the moment I have to open workout, copy the url, open new tab, paste url to see photo.

  9. Hi - not sure if this is a bug or intentional:

    1) when adding a workout from a library to a calendar it assigns a time of 12:00am
    2) when adding a new workout to a calendar (using the "+" button) the time is blank by default
    3) when applying a plan to a calendar all of the workouts have a blank time

    Then on any day in the calendar:
    - workouts with a time are ordered first
    - workouts with a blank time come next

    It would make more sense to me that:
    1) in a plan you can…

  10. Why does the column titles disappear? ugh
    see attachment. you should be able to look at the data like one would in Excel, either using freeze panes or repeat headers.

  11. In classic training peaks, on swimming workout, there is an option to change the units to "yards" ... with the new version, there is only meters. can you bring this "yards" option back?

  12. What would be very helpful on top of the filters (which I presume will come) is a filing system, similar the the tab there for “my assistants” . If we could drag clients into a file by group, it would make looking at the alphabetic list of clients feel less random! You could then group clients on a particular level of plan together, or groups on a dynamic plan out of the way of the real paying clients!

  13. As a coach, the currently method of getting to the workout that I want is too cumbersome and time consuming to be useful in the "all new TP". I have over 50 libraries which include thousands of workouts. In the classic TP, I simply typed the single letter of the word that started with the library I wanted (once or a few times to dial to the library to search) then I tabbed to the search field typed in a keyword, and tabbed to the exact workout in seconds without have to use my mouse or scroll through long lists.…

  14. There are hundreds of ways to create a training plan that works.

    Traditional periods such as "Conditioning", "General Preparation", "Specific Preparation" and "Competition/Championship" are very common in most literature but the ATP can't be changed to fit any kind of different approach.

    Please consider making a change to allow customers more flexibility to create their custom ATP.

  15. What is the plan to be able to quickly change the units of a workout from statute to metric by just quickingly selecting the units, like what we can currently do on TP Classic.

  16. Now that you own BBS, I would like something similar for running. I would like to be able to plan a route (I know that is still missing from Beta/New TP), and enter either a NGP, or duration and get the other back "for an even effort". And then provide split times to hit that target.

  18. I use 'hide/unhide' workouts a lot to plan for weeks ahead with my clients and have to hide/unhide one workout at a time. It's very time consuming. Can you make it possible to hide/unhide one week at a time like the classic version. Thanks!
