Trend Line on Weight / Fat Percentage Graphs
I use my scales every day to track my weight and fat percentage - so I get a good idea of where my weight is going. However due to the number of data points on the graph its hard to see where its going (and with the numbers fluctuating a lot)
Would it be possible to add a trend line to these graphs so we can see if we are heading in the right or wrong direction. Thanks.

Ability to track custom metrics (e.g. grip strength), not just pre-defined ones (e.g. fatigue)
I would like to be able to track custom metrics over time. I use some of the "fixed" metrics like weight, pulse etc. However there are some metrics that I would like to track that there is no way in TrainingPeaks to track.
For example, I would like to track grip strength as one of my indicators/proxy for fatigue, but there is no way to add this as a custom metric or track it

Plan my ATP for runners with km
I would like to plan my ATP for runners in kilometers in stead of hours. Runners want to know how many km they have to run in a week in stead of hours per week.

LoseIt.com - Sync nutritional and weight datat from LoseIt.com
LoseIt.com like myfitness pal offers the ability to capture nutritional data as well as weight information captured from a connected scale. It would be great to have this as an option for this information.
7 votesRight now this is not on our roadmap. That is not to say that it is not a possibility, it is just not something that we are currently considering.

Exporting Workouts
Currently to export a workout file for use on a trainer it seems you need to first put it in your calendar. Didn't realise this and wasted time before I accidentally discovered this. This is an unnecessary extra step, so would like to see the ability to export direct from the Workout Library.
1 voteWe apologize that this tripped you up. Yes, it is required that workouts are planned on your calendar in order to sync with one of our partners. The reason for this is to encourage coached athletes, or athletes following a training plan, to perform their prescribed workouts. For self-coached athletes we still feel it is valuable to plan your workouts in advance. Being able to compare planned versus actual can help determine if the workout was successfully executed.
Planning workouts on the calendar will allow you to take advantage of our Structured Workout Overlay feature. https://www.trainingpeaks.com/blog/stay-on-track-with-the-new-structured-workout-overlay/
Workouts can be quickly planned, or rescheduled, for the current day with both our web and mobile apps. Planning workouts for the current day is available for both basic and premium athletes. Planning workouts in to the future does require a premium account.

add back the playback function in data review
In Classic you could click an arrow (play) in the data view and it was like watching a movie of the workout. Made it easier to review the workout data.
6 votesRight now we do not plan to bring this feature back, but hopefully some new features that we have planned will make it easier to review workout data.

Add smoothing to the scatter plot
The scatter plot feature COULD be a lot more useful than it is, if you could compare trailing averages of metrics rather than the instantaneous values.
For example, let's say I want to chart power and/or cadence vs. heart rate. Unfortunately, power can fluctuate rapidly during a ride, and heart rate does not respond instantaneously to changes in power - it ramps up or down over time.
The idea would be to compare "trailing averages" for scatter plot data. i.e. plot 60 second trailing average power vs. heart rate. The length of the trailing average should be configurable on a…

Enlarge the workout data entry box so that the bike and shoe section displays without having to scroll down.
The display area of the pop up viewed in Google is not large enough to see the bike and shoe equipment selections with out scrolling down
6 votesWe have a few updates down the road to equipment tracking that may help this, but for now we need to keep the size of that pop-up as is so it fits on a laptop screen.

Download Data
Download Data from Beta version. Select different version of data download like tcx or fit.
1 voteCurrently there are no plans to provide a file converter. The exported file will always be the originally uploaded file. There are online tools that do this already, and most device manufacturers provide this functionality as well.

We are looking at easier ways to enter daily metrics. We will probably start by integrating with 3rd party platforms like HealthKit or Google Fit and then vendor specific APIs from Jawbone, FitBit, or similar. We may also provide a public API that could be used for uploading metrics as well. We currently have no plans to support importing from a CSV or xls though.

Put the nutrition and food library back in the platform
It appears that you opted to rip out the nutrition/ meal planning and replace it with an integration with MFP. One of the major benefits of TrainingPeaks was the ability to track both my training and nutrition in a single tool, both via the web and via a mobile device.
Now we dont really have the mobile functionality at all, and I have to log in to two systems to do the same thing I used to be able to do in a single place. Its also unclear how to conduct the auto sync (if the functionality is even GA…

provide a favorite food export from tp to myfitnesspal
I have hundreds of favorite (and custom) foods setup in trainingpeaks after using it for years to track my nutrition... moving to myfitnesspal is going to SUCK. Some assistance migrating my foods would be helpful.
16 votesMyFitnessPal’s API does not provide the functionality needed to automatically migrate meals, foods, or favorites from our site to theirs. So unfortunately this is not something that we can do.
In order to save your meals, you will need to print off your calendar before July 30th. If you currently have a meal plan applied, those meals are already on your calendar. If you have a library of meals that you want to save, those meals need to be added to the calendar first.

Control the number of weeks an athlete can preview
I really do think making the ability to control the number of weeks an athlete can see compared to the number the coach can see would be a great benefit. It is awkward going in and hiding a single workout (or week) and then having to remember which one(s) are hidden. Perfect world? I decide that the athlete can see the next three weeks and it simply scowls to the next week on the next Monday. This would be controlled in the preference for the athlete. How many weeks can the athlete preview?
1 voteThe hide/show feature wa designed to accomplish what you are asking for. Hiding multiple workouts at once is available in the classic app and is coming soon to the beta.
There is a visual indicator on the workout if it is hidden. the classic app displays the word “Hidden” and the beta app uses an icon. Look for those to tell if a workout is hidden or not.
