Insert Block Button
I think it would be great to be able to insert a block above an existing block instead of having to insert a block at the end and use the "move up" arrows to reorder an exercise.
I find this when I have prewritten programs where I may want to add a certain warmup for a specific client I have to go insert that warmup at the end of the workout and use the up arrows several times to move that "prep" block to the beginning of the session.

Sometimes the gym might be busy and you might have to switch up the order of exercises. I think there should be a feature that allows that

Heartrate/ splits percentage
Hello,
Knowing my athletes Max hr and rest Hr, I’d like to program them sessions with % of heartrate.
Would be great to also do it with other metrics, for instance if I know my athlète max aerobic speed, being able to directly program into their app. Same idea with ergs, %of 2000m split etc3 votes -

Updating a Circuit or Exercise Should Update in All Programs
Right now, if you created your own circuit or exercise, changing the information or adding more exercises to your circuit will not update the programs you have created which seems flawed.
As a coach, you want to be able to keep all your programs up to date with the latest videos, latest coaching instructions, and of course latest content without having to go to the 100+ programs created just to update the the exercise one by one to get the latest information.
If an exercise/circuit is changed/updated, it should simply update dynamically in all the programs including the ones that…

Programming progressive overloads within Mesocycles/ Repeated workouts and bulk programming.
More often than not programs will be the same for multiple weeks so could we get the ability to bulk-make the program so that if I adjust one workout it would do all the workouts within the program? It would go in hand with windows and adjust the variables for repeated workouts within a program rather than going into each individual workout and adjusting each variable.

Show multiple programs at once for different athletes!!
I love train heroic! My only issue is that multiple athletes on different programs cannot log data at once on an ipad. These athletes are on different teams and train in a private facility with an ipad at each rack. I had to transition to teambuildr because it had this feature. The app is not nearly as good. Can you please create a weight room view where 4 athletes can enter data on the same ipad screen?

Quick Edit Function from the Calendar View
The ability to edit sessions from the calendar view rather than having to go into each individual session to make small edits to sets, reps, weight, etc.
