  5. One of the main things I've been having troubles with regarding the chat feature, is having photos/videos archive after 30 days and losing access to them. It's been extremely inconvenient for me because with online training, being able to compare old photos/videos to recent ones is a critical method of measuring & tracking progress over time. But if I can't conveniently go back and view old footage or photos, or worse - I can't even access them - then I no longer have them for reference to compare to when looking to track progress and show it to my clients.…

  9. When my assistant coach responds to an athlete's comments on their session, my athletes don't get notifications from him. This is a massive inconvenience. I've got clients who didn't know their comments were being responded to for WEEKS. And I'm paying my assistant coach to overlook and respond to the notifications from my athlete's logged sessions. So this whole time we've been fulfilling on that service, yet my athletes have no idea because they can't get notifications from an assistant coach. Makes no sense, it's an easy fix, and I think this needs to be corrected ASAP!!

  17. I would love to be able to respond to notifications within the notifications window. It would be much more efficient if I was able to open up the window right there on the same page and respond to their comment rather than directing me to the athlete's program and the day they inputted the notification. Then I have to return to the notifications page, find the next notification and do the same thing again. If I am trying to respond to multiple athletes and multiple comments then this is very time-consuming.

  18. On the previous app I used, I could set personalized automated messages/reminders for check-ins that contained the link to a check-in form. It was much more efficient, while on TH I currently manually send the link to each client.

  19. Add search functionality to the Chat/Feed section. This will help mitigate repeat questions/conversations, especially in larger training groups. Many apps like Discord, Microsoft Teams, iMessage, etc. have this.
