  6. We need more analytics regarding the full costumer journey. This is absolutely critical for scaling and understanding the hole business model.

    • Retention rates

    • Churn rates

    • Single costumer life time

    • Average costumer lifetime

    • Average costumer revenue

    • Costumer drop-out note/feedback

    ETC.

    We need this kind of tracking and feedback to build the best possible service and scaling.

  14. Having the ability to market 1:1 and programmes as physio or rehab programmes would be great and useful as a physio who mainly uses TH as the software I use for note taking/conducting assessment, is severely lacking in the periodising training & communication outside of appointments
