Finish line animations, replay and podium
The finish line in all virtual racing sims is dull - there is no celebration, no podium, no photo finish or specific finish line camera. All of these things could make finishes much more exciting and viewable.
Finish line celebration animations could be unlockable.

I am completely with Jan Langkjær Hansen (eCKD).
In addition, please provide a VIDEO SEQUENCE for each of the top 3 riders showing the last ~5 seconds until they crossed the finishing line. I would love to share this on STRAVA :-) And TP itself could also benefit as this might attract new riders to give TPvirtual a try.
Here is one more additional request:
If the rider belongs to a TEAM please also show name and logo of the team incl. link to the general team page + link to a page/list with all team podium results.
Plus, a short statistic how many podium results the team has reached today/this week/this monthI see these improvements as IMPORTANT.
But I regard improving features for TEAMS as CRITICAL. This is where your main competitors still have lots of weak spots. And TP could make it to one of its core strengths. If you can attract whole new teams to TPvirtual as it offers so many cool team features it´s not about "just" attracting single users any longer. This could become a new user multiplicator for TP! TP should become the gold standard for virtual team cycling. Period.

Two things come to my mind:
1) A stationary finish line camera: Just after banner to the side facing backwards. Great if zoomable.
2) A photo-finish screenshot:
a) A screenshot will be saved on riders own device when rider pass the line.
b) If option marked in Event Creation, a zip-file with every finishline photo is mail to the organizer. -

I love this! A podium after the event would be very cool and a cinematic shot with the arms raised for the winner crossing the line would also be great. I want my avatar doing the Remco in front of the eiffel tower as well!
