Many thanks for this suggestion, comments and your support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that this has now been implemented for you and is available in the latest version (v0.4.6) out today. Just press Tab or Shift+Tab to skip forward or back through workouts, one interval at a time, or use the action bar icons at the bottom middle of the main view to do the same.
