Under 'Workouts:', change 'Shift-Tab' to 'Shift+Tab' to match the syntax under 'Camera:' 'Shift+Pg Up' and 'Shift+Pg Down'.

I'm delighted to say that this has now been implemented for you and is available in the latest version (v0.4.6) out today.
