Whilst I know that some people want this, the lack of different road surfaces was delightful to me when I switched to using this platform. I would strongly prefer to simply, keep one standard surface, one wheel resistance so that it is all about the riding.

As it’s impossible to say “I’d rather you didn’t do this” on other suggestions, I’ve put this up here in case others agree.

Some gravel and cobble sectors would be nice too!

Off road terrain for MTB or CX

My Trainer (Tacx Smart Bike Plus) supports road surface feel. I do not see that as an option in TPV. Is this on the roadmap for the near future? If not I would appreciate it if you could add it. It is important as I decide on if I should abandon Zwift altogether.

I really enjoyed the gravel courses that were on wahoo RGT. I'd love to see some gravel courses appearing on TPV , if this was able to be done in a way where the surface affected the physics of the ride that would be a brilliant feature.

Thanks for all the works with TPV, more Tacx integration will be great and specially the road feel. I think it's a nice to have in the futur ;)

Is your idea visually only or is your hope that it would also impact physics?

Gravel roads, dust, rugged surface.! Differrent surfaces, wooden bridges and so on.!
