In workout mode extension of single intervals
I would like to extend/shorten intervals in workout mode by 15, 30, 60, 120, 300 etc. seconds. It would be great if this would be possible using a keyboard shortcut or some menu option. Everything else in the workout would be pushed further down, practically extending the complete workout.
So if I have a good day, I could extend High Intensity Intervals (HII) while on bad days I could just escape them.

Many thanks for your suggestion, and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
As others have commented below, this is already implemented through the ability to repeat / skip intervals. You can select these options from the action bar at the bottom middle of the screen, or if you are using a keyboard then the hotkeys TAB and SHIFT+TAB will skip forward/back respectively.

Thanks a lot for the recommendations.

Gerrie IS referring to restarting and skipping intervals. I do this all the time to "lengthen" one and then will "skip" when I have met my desired time.

Yes, I know, that you can increase the power of an interval, but I would like to extend the length of such an interval.

You can already do this using Page Up and Page down. EDIT: TAB will skip to the next interval and SHIFT-TAB will jump back so you can you SHIFT-TAB. https://help.trainingpeaks.com/hc/en-us/articles/31340399556877-TrainingPeaks-Virtual-Controls-and-Keyboard-Shortcuts?fbclid=IwY2xjawHWGY1leHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHVfQfxynYezzkC63VUuK8pfSu03T6bGAkAh6SznMwk09DPW70hViw1ajrA_aem_eMVVn60ITlDxRqzhzp8bFw
