An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Jared commentedMy wife and I both have TACX Neo 2T units in the same room to which we connect using 16" MacBook Pros. I use TPV and she uses Zwift. The other day, she could not connect her computer to her trainer during my workout. After some trouble-shooting, we could not solve the issue, so I connected Zwift to her pedals for "power" and she pushed off. I noted that I could see her trainer in TPV even though Zwift could not. After I finished my workout, I closed out TPV and then, out of curiosity, decided to try and pair her trainer again. Viola! There it was! I connected Zwift to it and she was able to able to train, per usual.
Fast forward to today, I was on the trainer again and decided to test my theory. Sure enough, I could not get her computer to recognize her trainer. So, after my workout, I closed everything out, fired up the TACX app to check that the firmware was current on both Neos (it was) and then repeated the process. When TPV is running, her computer cannot "see" her trainer and when I close TPV, Zwift can once again see it. NOTE, I have never connected TPV to her trainer.
I have turned her bluetooth off, restarted the trainer, restarted Zwift, etc. Nothing will remedy the problem as long as TPV is running.
Is it possible that TPV is hijacking the Bluetooth connection to the 2nd trainer even though it is not paired to it? I have attached my last two rides log files for reference (somewhat anonymized). Noted in the log file from today, it IS connecting to her device and doing an "audit?" Her device ID is 50110, mine is 43767.

I can confirm, this happened again today. As soon as I killed TPV, my wife's computer was able to grab her trainer.
