PAIRING: Power incorrect
Hi, when i'm pushing my comfortable pace 200W it feels more like 240W. I cannot get in the Large cog without cross chaining on the rear to make it feel right either. Any other people having this issue?

FITFILES: @core_temperature Heat Sensor Data missing in exported FIT file
Somewhere in the FIT export from TPV to TP, the @core_temperature data channel is lost. It's visible in TP Analyze 360 data but not in the actual saved FIT file stored on TP, nor is it accessible via WKO5 sync.
The other core temperature channels, HSI and skin_temperature are saved to the FIT file.
Edit: I've also opened a support case for this issue.

Configurable Gear Ratios/Chainring+Cassette combos
I just did my first ride in Virtual and found the resistance to be very different from Zwift or real rides. I messed with settings throughout the ride to really no avail. 20% training resistance (10% feels like 2%) and lowest gear had me standing and using all my weight to push the cranks up a 12% grade. It's like my cadence dropped and virtual resistance spiked significantly. I'd let off for a sec, it would kinda reset, I'd be able to spin a bit then it'd immediately spike again and become nearly impossible. There was no spinning like I…

Visualise routes when loading GPX into TP to make a personal route
Once you've loaded a gpx file there is then no way to visualise that route, to check it is correct or to be able to see it to use when creating a TP virtual ride.

Bug Report: Text Events not showing properly
Text events from imported workouts (via TP) show the underlying message not the individual messages at the specific time.
Testing was done with the TPV workout "Aerobic Ride(30 mins)".
I created a group workout and joined it solo.Imported from TP the text event looks like this in the log:
[9/3/2026 14:51:01.761] Received UI main message: !TextEvents:{
10:Welcome to Aerobic Ride;
20:This classic workout is perfect to recruit slow-twitch endurance muscle fibres.;
30:Alternating 5 minute blocks of
Zone 2 and Zone 3 throughout.;
60:For now, focus on warming up, and getting your legs spinning.;
150:Half way through the warmup.;

alway show pacer in nearby riders when using pacer bot
I sometimes loose track of the pacer bot when there is a large group of riders around me. I can't see him/her in the nearby riders list and I'm not sure if I've got ahead of him/her or have dropped behind. it would be terrific if the pacer bot was always shown in the nearby riders list regardless of how many rider away he/she is. many thanks. WORLD: Add spectators to side of the roads
Now that TPV added some other object types (hot air ballons, TP HQ, etc) one thing that could also be added is spectators cheering on the side of the road. At least on the finish lines/KOMs or near major intersections.

Improvements to Training Peaks Virtual.
1, Pacers should be marked on the small map by a coloured dot to show where they are within the pack.
2. Average speed needs to be selectable to show on the UI screen somewhere.
3. Percentage of Max HR as an average and currently, needs to be available on the main screen as some coaches want you to work to that level even when just riding with a pacer or in a race.
4. Some more interesting landscapes that are winding paths within trees or through woods would be good.Hope that makes sense,

PLATFORMS: Chromebook
J’utilise TrainingPeaks depuis plusieurs années (12 ans).

WORLD: Hidden Routes
Harking back to early PC video games, I'd love hidden routes or short cuts in the open world. These could be unlocked by entering a sequence at a specific time on a route (e.g., near the chalets, you enter left, left, right, right, left and turn abruptly onto said off-road trail and discover something new.
Honestly, if it takes, you'd have folks touring around the world searching for these. It could also integrate easily with Zwift Play or any other cycling controller.
From there, you could make it ok in informal group rides to take short cuts. This might be…

'Limit Distance' and 'Limit Laps' should be exclusive inputs when creating events
When you create an event you can choose a 'Limit Distance' or 'Limit Laps' for loop courses. The interface allows you to provide both inputs with 'Limit Distance' overriding 'Limit Laps'. It would be preferred to make this an either/or type of option to ensure the event organizer intent is captured.
This came up in an actual incident where a previous event was copied to a new one, the 'Limit Laps' input was updated but that was ignored and unnoticed with the previous 'Limit Distance' overriding in the event.

MECHANICS: Making the program more realistic for petite riders
I may be the only one with this issue. I weigh just under 100 lbs. I am just over 5 feet tall. Riding TP is nothing like riding in the real world for me. Zwift did the best job of adapting to a small rider like myself. Maybe I'm outside the bell shaped curve for the physics in the program. It's very frustrating for me to be 20 minutes to 1.5 hours in front of competitors on the road or gravel who are beating me by 5-7 minutes on TP. At least with Zwift, we were within seconds. I can't…

EXTERNAL: RideWithGPS other Mapping Integration
I realize personal GPXplore route upload hasn't even been fully released yet, but it would be fantastic to enable this to work with common cycling related mapping apps vs individual upload. For example, RideWithGPS integrates directly with Wahoo devices so you can create routes in RideWithGPS and then they automatically upload to your device for nav use on sync. Strava has similar capability. A similar feature here where TPV could be linked to RideWithGPS for auto GPX route sync would make this idea even better.

UI/UX: New UI Color Gradient
I wanted to share some feedback on the recent update to the user interface. Overall, I really appreciate the improvements—especially the layout and usability enhancements. The new design feels modern and intuitive.
However, I’ve noticed that the new color gradient, which transitions from pink to blue, tends to make my screen appear out of focus and is somewhat distracting during use. The original plain blue background was much easier on the eyes and helped maintain visual clarity.
I’d like to suggest considering a return to a plain blue background, perhaps with a touch of transparency or a frosted glass effect.…

PAIRING: TP Virtual on iOS not requesting control
I'm using TP Virtual with a custom FTMS device (which works fine with Zwift and Trainerroad) but it seems like TP Virtual is not requesting control and setting the target power as it should when I launch an ERG workout. I don't get any incoming commands on the Control Point char. If I then force a disconnect from my FTMS-device side, so that TP Virtual reconnects when already in the workout it starts by requesting control and then everything works fine.
Could you check if there's something in the logic when connecting that could cause it to never request control?

WORKOUTS: Display interval title and notes
When building a structured workout in TrainingPeaks there are fields to put in a title and notes for each interval. These should be displayed on screen in TPV at the start of each interval as coaches use these fields to provide additional context over and above just the power level.
