Wahoo KICKR bike
Please enable u-turns using the right-hand back button on the Wahoo KICKR bike in all TPV training modes.
At present the button does not cause a u-turn while free-riding.

Fix the UI
Hi there,
Today while I was riding, I accidentally hit "G" on by keyboard, and the user interface disappeared. I tried bringing it back by hitting "G" again, by going into the user options and checking/unchecking/checking the appropriate box, exiting the program and restarting, all with no luck.
I appreciate any help you can offer.
Best,
Sam Thomas

FTP Test Issue
Today I have done the FTP test, The 20’ all out effort isn’t structured properly. I had issues with the power distribution and cadence. The two were not properly correlated. I’m sure there is something to do to improve. I was using the wahoo kickr core as trainer

Add support for the Movesense MD ECG sensor on TPV
The number one cause of sudden death in athletes 35+ yo is cardiovascular. Besides that, AFib is the leading arrhythmia in endurance athletes. Let's improve TrainingPeaks Virtual, TrainingPeaks, and WKO5 by integrating real-time ECG plotting and post-session review capabilities with the Movesense MD sensor. This feature would allow athletes, coaches, and sports medicine physicians to gain a deeper understanding of their cardiovascular system during long exercise sessions.

Improve virtual gearing - allow more decreased resistance
Current virtual gearing is severely limited on the low end. With my mechnical gears I could be in 32t chainring and 32t rear sprocket, happily spinning up a 12% grade at 90rpm below my FTP watts.
With virtual gearing, with expanded range at 40 virtual gears, at -8 or the lowest possible gear, it's nowhere near the same experience. I have to be standing and grinding at 65rpm well above my FTP watts.
The help article admits this: "Virtual gearing is set up so that you can decrease the resistance a little but increase it a lot. "
Why can't…

Public viewable effort gauge improvements
The effort gauge needs overhauled to make visual efforts consistent among riders in the same group \ pacing level.
TrainingPeaks Virtual pacer bots and effort indicators are designed to work as follows:
*Personalization of Pacebot Effort: Each pacer bot (like Oli Obsidian or Cyril Citrine) is intended to deliver a pacing experience that is tailored to you personally. The system factors in your user profile, especially your current weight and the specifics of the route (such as hills versus flats), to calculate how much power you’ll need to keep up with each bot. Heavier riders, for example, will need more…1 vote -
Training load, TSS, ATL, CTL, etc doubled when pair with Garmin Connect
When TP is connected to Garmin Connect and doing a ride where the ride is saved via TPV and from a Garmin device, the ride's stats get doubled. This is due to the data being saved from TPV and then pulled down again from Garmin Connect.
TP should be smart enough to pull the most complete (data accurate) version of the same ride. This is what's done with Garmin Connect.
When riding outside, I'll track the ride with a Garmin Edge 1050 and a Fenix 8 pro. When both devices sync, Garmin is smart enough to use the most accurate…

Pacebots are not available in Zen mode
Pacebots are not available in Zen mode. This is due to how zen mode was implemented in that you don't see other riders, but other rides technically still see you (no name).
Pacebots need added in for riders in zen mode who want pushed.

New bike type: fixie \ single speed
There should be a new bike type that can be selected in TPV for those of us that ride fixie or single speed.
Be nice for a UI option for single speed mode to prevent\ignore shifting. This would help others realize why a rider's cadence maybe very high or low compared to other near by riders or those in a group.

Data from Premium plan should always be accesible
I paid training peaks for years. The data and all features of being able to watch it should still be available even now that im not paying for premium. Only the data that was recorded while on premium.

Don't flood the Netherlands
When creating a route from a GPX file in the Netherlands (bike course from challenge Almere), most of the route the road was surounded by water.
I know we have a lot of water in the Netherlands, but not this much :)
It would be great if the surroundings were more like the actual situation.
(Love the feature, but this much water made the route very boring)

Put back the gradual ramp for warm ups and cooldowns
Before the update V0.4.34 TrainingPeaks Virtual handles warm-up intervals as gradual ramp instead of a fixed wattage. This meant that during warm-ups, the wattage started lower and increase over the duration rather than staying within a constant range.
As an older athlete (68+ female) I found this gradual warm-up led to a better session rather than pushing the muscles ahead of the tough blocks.
Could this be made available again perhaps as an option?

swim
The "new" strength builder function is awesome and such a big help to get all of my athletes in the gym!
So, from my athletes, about 90% of them. They all do need help with swimming, like drills and techniques. And with being a remote coach. There is a lot of sending them to Youtube and texting videos. I just thought about creating a swim function similar to the new strength builder. Where athletes could watch videos and explanations like in the strength function.
I see a need from the athlete side for more structure during their swim session.

FITFILES: @core_temperature Heat Sensor Data missing in exported FIT file
Somewhere in the FIT export from TPV to TP, the @core_temperature data channel is lost. It's visible in TP Analyze 360 data but not in the actual saved FIT file stored on TP, nor is it accessible via WKO5 sync.
The other core temperature channels, HSI and skin_temperature are saved to the FIT file.
Edit: I've also opened a support case for this issue.

Configurable Gear Ratios/Chainring+Cassette combos
I just did my first ride in Virtual and found the resistance to be very different from Zwift or real rides. I messed with settings throughout the ride to really no avail. 20% training resistance (10% feels like 2%) and lowest gear had me standing and using all my weight to push the cranks up a 12% grade. It's like my cadence dropped and virtual resistance spiked significantly. I'd let off for a sec, it would kinda reset, I'd be able to spin a bit then it'd immediately spike again and become nearly impossible. There was no spinning like I…

pace bots based on user requirements
I'd like to set the pace bots on event rides so that they can be a % of my FTP, a time to finish or an average power. I'd like the bots to be more useful for training so that I can ride race routes based on the likely level of the riders around me rather than them just being passive or aggressive (which means very little)

Visualise routes when loading GPX into TP to make a personal route
Once you've loaded a gpx file there is then no way to visualise that route, to check it is correct or to be able to see it to use when creating a TP virtual ride.

Change erg mode set point during workout
Let's say a workout assigns a block of 180 W, but you want to do 200 W in erg mode. There should be a way to change the setpoint (maybe compatible with trainer buttons) or apply an offset to each block before the workout. For example, click and drag the block up and down.
