virtual gear configuration
Current virtual gearing configuration is very confusing. I, as a TPV user with a single-gear bicycle (i.e., smart-trainer with 14T Zwift-Cog installed), wish to be able to configure the virtual gearing in clear and intuitive way to be able to mimic my real-world personal bike mounted on my trainer.
For example, as follows:
- smallest gear ratio. Possibly via two parameters: virtual teeth number for smallest front-chainweel / virtual teeth number for biggest rear sprocket, e.g., as " [ 34T ] / [ 36T ] = [ 0.94 ]" gear ratio
- biggest gear ratio. Possibly via two parameters: virtual…2 votes -
Fondo / Sportive Mode with Mixed‑Ability Bots
Suggestion: Please add a “Fondo” or “Sportive” mode where bots ride at varied abilities and intensities, rather than all being matched to my ARR (solo race mode) or tethered to my power (group ride mode).
In this mode, bots would span a broad performance range — some faster, some slower — and ride at their own pace. This would allow natural groups to form, split, and merge, just like in a real‑world sportive. Riders could choose to sit in with a steady group, bridge to a faster one, or ease back to a slower pack, without artificial tethering.

Customisable buttons in HUB app
On the Remote tab in the HUB app, it’s quite hard to navigate through the options efficiently using the arrows and enter.
It would be good to be able to choose a few of the most popular in-game buttons to have as a direct button press. Eg - cruise control or join.3 votes -
Have the option to set the Hub app to be in metric.
The best option would be for it to pull through whoever setting is in TPV itself

Add real world features to Sa Calobra
Looks great, and thank you for the new route. Would be cool to add some iconic real world features like the tight archway of rocks, etc.

WORLD: Consistent Scenery
Not so much a new idea but an evolution of existing. The 'cruiseliners' seem wrong to me even unrealistic and they block the view. They are too close to the shore ... unless they've actually run aground. How do the passengers get ashore? either a wharf or maybe some shore landing feature with smaller boats tied up ... and anyway is there really enough for them to do and see when they're here?
Perhaps some more modest expedition cruisers might fit better.Georgetown and the other 'villages' seem abandoned and do not have a cohesive style, these need to be…

to metrics
Coordinate with bike computers to show while we do endurance rides our actual-time decoupling or EF. Lets us know when we have had enough, turn back.
The apps on the market and Garmin Performance can be off quite a bit when I compare post-ride with EF and decoupling in ride segments with TP1 vote -
Be able to set a range for bots joining events (especially races)
I want to be able to create an event with bots, but bots should be "fillers for the less strong riders" and should not disturb the "top human racers".
E.g : 40 humans join. 20 are very strong and the other 20 are not able to follow the strongest ones, and are likely to be dispersed.I don't want the weaker racers to be doing a "Time Trial" race on their own, so I want to add bots, but those bots should not be so strong that they'd interfer with the top racers (bridging human groups, etc)
It would be…

Humango
Regarding the Humango integration - the scheduled workout appears - thank you this is great - however, the completed activity does not upload to Humango - I have to do this manually - is this how it should work or a bug?

EVENTS: Create custom routes on main island
As above, I’d like the ability to create/plan custom routes based on the existing roads on the island (ie not GPXlorer).
For example, I could do 2 laps of Laguna Seeker followed by 10 laps of crit course, followed by a finish on the velodrome.
Within this, the ability to add/remove custom banners and points locations and finishes10 votes -
UI/UX: Spindown information
On the top bar of the home page (where the "xx/71" routes" text lives), would it be possible to add speed and cadence for post-activity spin down?

Crash report
2 crashes during one session. I was doing a structured training session by a 3rd party
Ideally if a crash occurs I would like an option to resume the previous ride
TPV has been pretty flawless up until now.

WORLD: Improved in Game Lighting Effects
Is there a way to make the lighting in the game more dynamic or realistic?
I was thinking about ways to achieve it.
1. Unity game engine lighting tuning
2. Enable Unity 6.0+ support for HDR
3. Monitor specific setting for dynamic contrast <-- This is what I used...It really added depth and realism to TPV. Riding through shadows (at night/moonlight) and then into an open area with moonlight was impressive. It also made the textures look significantly better and "pop visually."
Enhancing the lighting/shadow effects within the game would significantly improve the overall experience.

FITFILES: Record HRV/ RR Intervals
Record HRV/ RR Intervals from a Heart Rate Monitor in the fit files for use by training apps. AI Endurance, Humango, Athletica.ai, spoked.ai, runalyze, golden cheetah all use HRV data. AI Endurance, Runalyze, HRV Logger, Golden Cheeetah, and FatMaxxer do analyze the RR intervals stored in the fit file.

Strava Connection Issues
I know that it is possible to connect TP Virtual to Strava, but despite numerous attempts to do so, it just doesn't seem to be working.
When following the guide to connect the accounts, I select strava and then receive a 'scanning' message underneath the strava icon on TPv. This doesn't seem to change or progress, despite lengthy waits, and I wonder if this is an issue others have experienced?
I'm using TPv on IOS 18.5 on iPhone 16e.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Any suggestions to resolve this?

OTHER: Allow updates to be optional / deferred
There has to be a better way of doing updates. It would be great if the request to downloads of new updates be moved from the start of a session to the end of a session. Zwift does this as well and its a really bad design. If the software update is a large download an you have a slow connection, you can be blocked from starting your cycle session for quite some time or even miss a scheduled race which is worse. I would like to a option/warning at the end of my session to do the update now…

Better listing / advertising of events.
Have a 24hr "Master Schedule" of all repeating platform events.
Have a tab under the events section for all current / upcoming race series where multiple stages contribute to an overall GC.
Have better advertising for big events.

Pause heart rate verification if not riding!
Please pause the heart rate verification in a race with 0 watts or cadence! I'm constantly getting warnings in a race when coasting down a big hill as my heart rate quickly drops quite low when not riding. Tonight I was kicked from a hare and hounds race as I had to wait 2.5 minutes before I could start and my heart rate slowed down too much. I didn't see any warning until I started riding and instantly was kicked.
