Pair workout: Strength workout can't be paired with planned strength workout
I have created a new strength workout (mobility) in my calendar and planed it for today.
Two issues the planed workout doesn't show up on my Apple Watch 10. So I did a regular strength workout on the Apple Watch.
I am not able to pair the Apple Watch workout which TP was able to import to the planned strength workout. It doesn't offer the option.
Can you add pairing for strength workouts.
And can you make it possible to see a strength workout that was planned in TP in the apple workouts app.1 vote -
Sync completed workouts from training peaks virtual to Garmin connect
Similar to the Zwift functionality, enable a session that has been completed on TP virtual to sync with Garmin Connect. This will help the keep Garmin health data up to date.

'Limit Distance' and 'Limit Laps' should be exclusive inputs when creating events
When you create an event you can choose a 'Limit Distance' or 'Limit Laps' for loop courses. The interface allows you to provide both inputs with 'Limit Distance' overriding 'Limit Laps'. It would be preferred to make this an either/or type of option to ensure the event organizer intent is captured.
This came up in an actual incident where a previous event was copied to a new one, the 'Limit Laps' input was updated but that was ignored and unnoticed with the previous 'Limit Distance' overriding in the event.

Implement Strategic Bot Turn-Taking for Realistic Racing
Problem: The current AI behavior limits competitive realism in longer races because bots consistently ride inefficiently hard in a group. These hard efforts prevent them from executing race-winning moves against high-level human competitors (e.g. sprinting at the end or punching on a selective hill). They seem to manage this better in races under 1 hour.
I consistently observe that the bots I ride with accumulate a significantly higher TSS than me despite being often lighter weight and having higher FTPs than me. This indicates they spend far too much energy while in the draft in their groups.
Solution: In groups…

Broadcast to local HTTP server
Currently, TPV allows to post json data to an HTTPS endoint but if I want to post to a local server and use HTTP, it always gives an error (red x).
I've noticed that if I post to https://some_local_ip and click test, after a few seconds it returns an error. Then, if I change to http://some_local_ip it immediately starts posting requests. This works until I close TPV. When I reopen the app, I need to repeat the process (HTTPS, test, wait for error, change to HTTP).
Can the code be reviewed/changed to always allow posting to local HTTP endpoints?

MECHANICS: Making the program more realistic for petite riders
I may be the only one with this issue. I weigh just under 100 lbs. I am just over 5 feet tall. Riding TP is nothing like riding in the real world for me. Zwift did the best job of adapting to a small rider like myself. Maybe I'm outside the bell shaped curve for the physics in the program. It's very frustrating for me to be 20 minutes to 1.5 hours in front of competitors on the road or gravel who are beating me by 5-7 minutes on TP. At least with Zwift, we were within seconds. I can't…

MECHANICS: Default route for all workout rides
It would be convenient if we could set a default route for workout rides. As an example, being able to select a relatively flat route to be used for all steady-state type of rides. Or simply to be able to select one specific route to be used for ALL workout rides.

PAIRING: Kickr snap bug?
I use TPV on my laptop. Two weeks ago, I explored routes and scheduled a challenge, closed my laptop (but left TPV open), then went downstairs to start the workout. When I reopened, it seemed like everything connected correctly. But when I entered the pen, TPV couldn’t read any wattage from my KickR. I closed TPV and reopened the app, which reconnected.
Could be weird to replicate, but I hope it helps.

UI/UX: Coloured power heart rate and cadence
Colour the power heart rate and cadence displays to match the graphic display and I often have my heart rate and cadence with similar number

UI/UX: Allow second display at different resolution
Bit surprised to find that second display doesn't work if the resolution is different, even when changing the in-game resolution to match it! Please add support to enable a second screen that might be at a different resolution. Being able to add a small USB C display as a second screen is great but often these are lower res low cost displays.

MECHANICS: Adaptive Cruise Control
The new Cruise Control feature is fantastic, it locks in a target power beautifully. But… it flattens the virtual terrain completely, and that takes away a big part of the immersive feel.
Suggestion: Add a “Virtual Cruise Control” mode where the set power applies to 0% gradient, and you choose a bias (0–10) to scale power with incline.
For example:
Set power = 200 W, incline = 2%, bias = 2
Resulting power = 200 W + (200 × 0.02 × 2) = 208 WThis way, you keep the benefits of steady pacing and get the natural resistance changes…

MECHANICS: Stream GPS coordinates when riding a GPX route.
Currently the broadcast/streaming mode updates rider detail such as speed and distance via HTTP or a local file. It would open new opportunities for 3rd party applications if the new GPX routes could also supply GPS coordinates for the rider position

EVENTS: Pursuit Racing on the Velodrome
It would be great to be able to arrange pursuit racing on the velodrome for 1v1 racing, starting on opposite sides of the track for the usual kind of distances eg 1km, 3km, 5km etc..

EVENTS: Head to Head race metrics
HEAD TO HEAD Race Metrics:
As rider numbers increase on TPv and improves the racing environment, i'd love to see Head to Head win/loss stats, for example when you click into someone's profile (eg like you see on chess.com). I think this helps you gauge your abilities vs the competition and supplements ARR info.

PAIRING: Humon SmO2 sensor
it would be great to have the support added for this kind of sensor allowing to see the smo2 reading and trending to measure the o2 exhaustion of muscle. showing the trend is very important as the value can drop quickly showing an unsustainable effort

UI/UX: GPX routes should use actual map for minimap
For custom made routes can we have the option to set the mini map to a real world map like Google maps or similar so we can see where we are. With the virtual routes it can be hard to visualise where you are without the usual real world landmarks. This has been implemented on Biketerra and it makes the riding of custom routes better in my opinion.
