  2. It is not possible to connect the “Precor Spinner Chrono Power” spinning bike.

    In my gym, there are several units, and on all the ones I’ve tested, it is not possible to connect them to the application. Others, like Zwift, can connect without any issues.

    These bikes transmit power via Bluetooth. However, it is not possible to detect these devices from TrainingPeaks Virtual.

    Any other device, such as my Garmin watch or my cycling computer, can be detected without any problems.

    There seems to be something preventing the app from detecting this type of device, and I can’t figure out…

  5. Hello,
    I train on a FlowFitness UBi5 that is compatible with various virtual training programs, such as Zwift. TrainingPeaks Virtual recognizes this bike (as Iconsole+005) and is connected. However, after I click OK and start pedaling, the virtual bike does not move. I remain in place. What could be wrong?

  6. Exactly how does this work? Is there an API for this? Could an application, Xert EBS for example, tell TPv to direct the Smart trainer to modify the intensity, duration, rest interval on the fly?

  7. Please reduce the transparency to a solid color when working with ALL settings boxes including the HUD when with a more solid color

    The UI is too busy because its transparent. It makes the UI confusing and overwhelming hard to understand to the user, IMHO.

    To resolve the issue in put this in a advanced setting group let users control this as a global setting.

    By default please make this a solid color with no transparency.

  8. I had to log in and log out 4-5 times today before I could do my planned workout ride. The first several attempts there appeared to be a glitch with ERG mode. Power would not follow the workout rides target power ... it stayed way lower, regardless of my gearing or how hard I pedaled. On the 5th attempt, everything worked normally, and worked good through the entire ride?

  9. Sometimes if my laptop goes into sleep or runs out of power mid workout, it never then reconnects to the trainer - in pairing, it "looks" like it is connected, and you can even unpair and repair - but it gets no data.... I have to QUIT training peaks and restart before it reconnects - which is not good when I am mid workout.

  10. Loving the experience so far, it's great to be on the journey with you to make this a brilliant product. I'm already invested in this as I've ditched Trainer Road as it's not needed now to do my indoor sessions.
    Anyway. I have a bug that's been about for a while where when I close the program it just hangs, continues to play the music yet doesnt do a thing. I then have to go to task manager and kill the process. How do I send you the log files?
    Also, noticed on Saturday that riders wheels were 'buried' about…

  13. I use the pace bots for longer paced rides on different routes to the existing pace bot rides.
    At present the only option is the Keirin bot that brakes you if you pass it.
    I’d like an option to toggle that on/off - maybe that bot is only for Keirin…. Or cannot be unchecked if it’s a Keirin but for other events you can choose the way the bot works and whether you can pass it or not

  14. When connecting accessories, my Kickr Rollr does not have a power profile as on Zwift. I can only use the speed sensor and it’s WAY out. In fact, I’m chewing my bars on the velodrome and with 10 mph registering. Zwift (sorry to swear) have a ZPower profile for the Kickr Rollr and I therefore beg for this on here and then I will be with you for all my training, Many thanks in advance.

  15. Before hand I had signed up for all 4 "Wednesday Omnium" races. Warm-up and first two races went without any issues, but when I joined the 3rd race I got the error message of:
    "Already connected.
    Your account is already connected in another session.

    Please log out on your other session, and then try again."

    I was sent to the menu. And I tried multiple times to join, but got the same error message. And after the pen had closed I joined to "free ride" without any issue.

    (I also later joined the 4th race without issue.) And this is…

  16. I am impressed by how much the terrain/wind feed back into the feel of the training. I like it very much more than Zwift. My power reporting seems much more realistic.

    I found two things, though, that I think you may want to look at.

    1. I paired my Bontrager Duotrap 2 with the platform. While it paired and looked like it was going to work, I got zeros for cadence in my reporting. This is very much like when I tried to pair my Duotrap 2 with my Garmin Edge 530 as a Cadence sensor and not as a Speed/Cadence…

  17. On the mobile app in the calendar view, I feel like there is not a clear enough visual division between days and weeks. When I scroll through all the fonts/sizes look way to similar, and other visual elements are lacking, to create this division.

    1) I would love for the date/day to bold, bigger (like a title) and for the workouts to be in a box, so all the days workouts are encapsulated and it's clear when a new day starts. Or similar.

    2) I would further also love (and need) each week to start/end with some kind of divisor…

  19. Is there a way to implement a min. power value, to avoid p.e. in workouts never reaching the segment average anymore?

    the problem: if you targeting a fix power in a workout segment p.e. 5m 210w and for what ever reason your power drops for a short amount of time it is impossible to catch up the 210w avg even if you could ride harder.

    Sure i could ride without erg in workout but than i have to verify permanently the current, avg and target power.
    Switching erg on/off isn't also not the best way cause this could let me…
