Using HR to control the power would be great to make it easier to stay within your Zone 2 HR zone on extended Free rides and Workouts.
I have used this mode in another training platform and found it very useful.
HR is set by the user and is changeable by 5 beats up and down with each click of the UP/DN arrows, the platform controls the power to keep you within 2 - 3 beats of target. Initially it would need to ramp up slowly to get you to the target zone.Peter Bulford supported this idea ·
